ELT for Healthcare Professionals

Designed to enhance the language skills of internationally educated health professionals interested in entering their profession or a related health profession in Canada. The course focuses on communication skill building, workplace culture, ethics and medical terminology as it relates to the healthcare field in Canada. The course also includes a 100 hour (unpaid) volunteer work placement as a bridge to work component and in-class workshops with guest speakers.
